Country star Jelly Roll has been making headlines for his incredible weight loss journey over the past several months. The 39-year-old, once weighing over 500lbs, has shed nearly 200lbs in recent years and an additional 70lbs since January 2024.

Jelly Roll, who performed a new song and was nominated for four awards at the ceremony, revealed that he has been feeling “really good” after stepping up his fitness routine in preparation for a 2 Bears 5K race in Los Angeles. He shared that he has been walking two to three miles a day, spending time in the sauna and cold plunge, and maintaining a healthy diet.

Despite completing the race, Jelly Roll is determined to keep up his new lifestyle and aims to lose another 100lbs. He expressed his excitement for how he will feel when he goes on tour, emphasizing how motivating his journey has been for others, especially “big guys” looking to get in shape.
